Money for mobile service can now be refunded: bilain now allows payment cancellation

Spent funds are returned without complaints or calls - in one click

Bilain has come up with an unusual move: if you are not satisfied with the service, you can get your money back yourself. No calls to support, no disputes, and no explanations.

Everything works as simply as possible. A button has appeared in the app — you tap it, and the operator refunds the money for one day of use. If the tariff is charged daily, you will get the cost of the day back. If you pay for a month upfront, about 1/30 of the amount will be credited.

The money does not go back to your bank card, but to your bonus balance; however, it can be used without any time limits — for example, to pay for the same subscription.

There is, however, a limit: you can use the refund up to 50 times a year and no more than once a day.

The option is available to users of the updated Bee subscription — those who connected to it or switched to it from March 26 to August 31, 2026.

In essence, bilain has given customers a simple tool: if you do not like the quality, do not pay for that day. No unnecessary questions.
