Partisan Convertible: BA-64B Armored Car with Shimmering Camouflage for Sale at Almost 5 Million

A very rare BA-64B "open" armored car is up for sale — a restored example from 1945, based on historical photographs. Of the 2 units produced, this is the only one restored to parade condition. The car's mileage is only 1,000 km, and it has been owned by one owner for over 11 years.

The armored vehicle was prepared for participation in a solemn event with veterans of military intelligence in honor of the anniversary of Victory. An impressive camouflage in the form of oak, maple, and fern leaves was applied to all armor plates, the folding awning, seats, and even wheel disks. In the dark, the coating begins to shimmer and sparkle with "moonlight" — a light-accumulating pigment was added to the paint. The tires were painted white with the same effect.
