The Insistence production association has launched a new site in Yekaterinburg for the production of drills, milling cutters, and special tools for CNC machines, the First Technical was told at the Industrial Development Fund (IDF). The products are in demand in the energy, oil and gas, railway engineering, and aircraft construction industries.
Investments in the project amounted to 135 million rubles, of which more than 100 million was allocated by the federal Industrial Development Fund. This money was used to purchase grinding machines, high-precision filtering units, and measuring instruments.
Now the company has mastered the production of microdrills, extra-long drills, tools for composites, and complex reamers. After reaching full capacity, production will increase by 30% — up to 220 thousand units per year.
The tests of the durability of milling cutters showed a particularly significant result: their service life is several times higher than that of competing products.
Raw materials are purchased from domestic suppliers. In March 2026, the company received another loan from the IDF — 231 million rubles — for further expansion of production.
