In the Penza region, as part of the "Safe City" complex, a video analytics system based on artificial intelligence has been implemented. The solution was developed by Rostec's technology partner, NtechLab, and integrator Netvision.
Netvision specialists installed 1,600 cameras in public places, at public transport stops, and in the region's logistics hubs. NtechLab algorithms analyze video streams in real time, ensuring high speed and record accuracy in recognizing faces, silhouettes, and actions of people. The neural network is capable of identifying suspicious citizens and assisting in the search for missing persons.
All video data flows into a unified information environment, which speeds up coordination between on-duty services, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and other departments. The reaction time to incidents is reduced. NtechLab's AI solutions are already operating in more than 70 regions of Russia.
