The St. Petersburg company "Smartoks" won a court dispute with the Moscow JSC "Orgenergostroy" to recover almost 64.5 million rubles in debt for payment of delivered equipment and penalties. The materials appeared in the case file of the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
JSC "Institute "Orgenergostroy" is the general contractor for the reconstruction of the two-chamber dry dock of the 35th Ship Repair Plant, the Murmansk branch of "Zvezdochka."
The dock is being modernized for the heavy aircraft-carrying cruiser "Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Kuznetsov", which was transferred to the 35th Ship Repair Plant at the end of 2018 after an accident in a floating dock at the 82nd plant.
The company "Smartoks" manufactures control systems and electrical equipment for cranes, and modernizes cranes of various types.
In July 2025, it became known that the "Admiral Kuznetsov" is planned to be mothballed. As a reminder, the aircraft carrier of Project 1143.5 has been under repair since 2017. According to various estimates, about 100 billion rubles have been spent on it.
