Engineers at the Russian research and production center (RPC) Svarog presented the Svarog 5T drone for carrying out reconnaissance missions. It was described as an analogue of the Chinese DJI MAVIC 3T quadcopter.
The Russian development received a control system similar to that of the DJI MAVIC 3T. The Svarog 5T connects to the professional signal amplification and protection complex against electronic warfare (EW) systems, Inkubator 2.0-3.0. The equipment is used to increase flight range and communications under jamming conditions. The Inkubator 3.0 version makes it possible to control the unmanned aircraft from cover at a distance of up to 45-60 meters.
Specifications of the Svarog 5T reconnaissance drone:
- Range — up to 25 km
- 40x zoom
- Thermal imager
- Positioning — GNSS + Optical Flow + TOF
- Digital controller with a screen
- Operates via Inkubator 2.0-3.0
- Has a mode of operation without GPS
- Signal search (the drone climbs upward and picks up the signal)
The developers also presented the Svarog 5 Pro version. It is positioned as a Russian analogue of the DJI MAVIC 3 Pro.
