Russian military personnel have begun using the "Svarog-13" and "Svarog-15" drones. This was announced by Oleg Fedorov, General Director of the Frobotics Engineering Center for Advanced Developments.
Currently, one of the trends is an increase in the distance at which work is carried out with fiber-optic devices. If previously they worked at a distance of up to 15 km, now it is already at a distance of up to 30 km and more. Therefore, we now have fiber-optic quadcopters of the "Svarog" line with a diagonal of 13 and 15 inches.
The drones have an increased range of up to 25 km. The payload of the drone is 15 - 30 kg.
Drones can be equipped with additional equipment — a night vision camera, a thermal imager, protection against electronic warfare, and a drop system.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the newest "Svarog-Strela" interceptor drone has entered the testing stage.
