AvtoVAZ continues import substitution of electronic components in Lada cars. One of the plant's key partners in this area is NPP Itelma — a developer and manufacturer of electronic and IT systems for transport and special-purpose vehicles with more than 30 years of experience.
Lada vehicles already use instrument panels, multimedia systems, comfort systems, ABS/ESC, and more than 300 other components produced by Itelma.
The company operates at 12 sites across the country and employs more than 3,000 specialists, one-third of whom are engineers. All products undergo reliability and electromagnetic compatibility testing in the company's own laboratory.
