Red Wings airline will begin operating flights from Samara's Kurumoch airport to Khanty-Mansiysk from March 4. Flights will be operated once a week, on Wednesdays, the airport's press service reported.
The plane departs from Samara at 23:15 local time and arrives in Khanty-Mansiysk at 02:35. The return flight departs at 03:35 and lands in Samara at 05:10. The carrier will use the Sukhoi Superjet 100.
The route connects Samara with one of the key oil and gas regions of the country — the schedule with night departures and early morning arrivals is primarily focused on shift workers.
