Russians in eligible benefit categories will be able to visit cultural institutions free of charge or at a discount within a week by presenting a digital ID in the Max messenger. This was announced by Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova.
This option will become available from February 22, 2026 for:
- students
- pensioners
- large families
- people with disabilities
This concerns visits to museums, theaters, concerts, and cultural and leisure centers.
The Russian Ministry of Culture actively supports initiatives aimed at engaging a broad audience with art.
The campaign will run until March 1 in the country's regions. The list of events for benefit recipients is available on the website "Kultura.rf" and on the regional portals of the Ministry of Culture.
