Do you know how much organic matter and nitrogen-containing compounds enter wastewater during the production of the most ordinary beer? Yeast, fermentation products, suspended solids, ammonia compounds. Without effective treatment, such effluents become a significant environmental risk factor.
The new unit operates continuously: disinfection is carried out with steam at a temperature of 158 °C and a pressure of 6 bar. This destroys pathogens without the use of chemical reagents and without generating toxic secondary waste.
The system is automated, manufactured for a specific site, and can be integrated into existing treatment facilities without stopping production. A closed heat-exchange loop makes it possible to save up to 30% of steam.
