The agency demanded that defects in the hull, equipment, and individual assemblies of the Project 22100 vessel built under a state contract be remedied.

After the ship was commissioned, border guards identified violations and sent claims to the manufacturer. The FSB insists that the defective elements be repaired at the plant's expense.

The agency also demands that the vessel be brought into full compliance with the technical documentation and the terms of the contract. The next hearing in the case has been scheduled for February 10.

The Zelenodolsk Plant named after A. M. Gorky operates in Tatarstan and is part of the Ak Bars Shipbuilding Corporation. The patrol ship for the FSB Border Service was laid down in 2015 and launched in 2018.
