This was stated in the press service of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy. They emphasized that all materials were prepared only by deputies together with a team of lawyers.
According to representatives of the committee, work on the draft law has been underway for two years, and all texts, including the explanatory note, were written by a human. The creation of draft laws is a complex task that artificial intelligence cannot cope with, they noted.
The committee noted that the inclusion in the document of a link with a UTM tag from the AI assistant is due to the actions of an employee who used the neural network for quick information retrieval.
