Нейросеть-инспектор: в Москве ИИ научили проверять платежные документы

In Moscow, artificial intelligence algorithms are used to check payment documents

The Moscow government has implemented artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to verify payment documents used in the field of public finance.

The Moscow Department of Finance, in conjunction with the Department of Information Technology, has launched a system based on computer vision technology that automates data analysis and document verification. The use of AI significantly increases the efficiency of interaction between recipients of budget funds and city authorities, speeding up the process of transferring funds from the budget.

AI enables quick and accurate verification of payment documents, which helps to avoid errors and ensure data accuracy. This innovation simplifies the process of obtaining funds and reduces the likelihood of delays.

The head of the Moscow Department of Information Technology, Eduard Lysenko, emphasized that AI is capable of processing documents almost twice as fast as a human, spending only 5-6 minutes on it. The algorithm also automatically identifies errors, such as the lack of necessary documents or incorrect filling of bank details. About two thousand documents were used to train the neural network, and the training process took two months.

The accuracy of the algorithm already exceeds 90%, and the system can be retrained without deep IT knowledge. In the future, it is planned to further expand the functionality, which will increase the convenience and security of budget procedures.
