The state company Avtodor is considering the possibility of increasing tolls on toll roads in 2026. This was announced by the head of the company, Vyacheslav Petushenko.
Petushenko noted that the indexation will depend on the economic situation and the increase in the cost of road maintenance. At the same time, an excessive increase in tariffs may reduce traffic, so the decision will be balanced.
In 2025, toll collection on toll roads amounted to 140 billion rubles. The share of M-4 Don decreased to 47% due to increased traffic on the M-11, M-12 and TsKAD highways.
The last indexation took place in February 2025: the cost of travel from Moscow to Krasnodar along the M-4 increased by 360 rubles (up to 4,610 rubles), along the M-11 Neva - by 320 rubles (up to 3,550 rubles), along the M-12 to the exit to Kazan - by 344 rubles (up to 4,825 rubles).
Thus, a possible increase in tariffs in 2026 will depend on inflation, the cost of maintaining highways and the reaction of drivers, in order not to reduce the capacity of toll roads.
