The creation of the "Technosphere" scientific and production center, focused on the development and production of unmanned aerial systems (UAS), has begun in the Krasnodar Territory. The center will become part of the implementation of four national technological leadership projects: "Unmanned Aerial Systems", "Means of Production and Automation", "Development of a Multi-Satellite Orbital Grouping" and "Technological Support for Food Security".
The main focus of the region is the development of the UAS industry. As part of this area, "Technosphere" will be involved in the creation of drones for agriculture, precision farming and the tourism sector.
The center's infrastructure will include:
- consulting, analytical and training blocks;
- lecture hall and classroom;
- design and programming laboratory;
- modern flight simulators;
- flight test complex;
- flight monitoring center;
- regional aerial survey data processing center.
Full equipment and launch of all components of "Technosphere" is scheduled to be completed by 2028.
