Semi-knocked down assembly of the LADA Iskra model started at this site on September 18, 2025. The cars are assembled from ready-made assembly kits, which include painted bodies, as well as separate elementary parts, such as power units, interior elements, chassis, and other components. Each kit contains about 1000 elements.

Various production operations are performed on the assembly line, such as the installation of sound insulation, the installation of the dashboard and seat belts, the ESP system, and the interior trim. The engine and front suspension are also pre-assembled here, bumpers, wheels, and moldings are installed. As a result, a fully assembled and ready-to-use car comes to the quality inspection line.
