Experts note that the arrival of new equipment is especially important for replacing old aircraft aged 40-50 years, as well as for developing regional routes in the Far East and the North. The introduction of Il-114-300 and SSJ-100 with domestic systems will provide improved fuel efficiency and modern avionics.
Thus, 2026 will be a landmark year for Russian civil aviation, starting the transition to fully domestic equipment.
