A new testing stand for diesel-diesel units has been launched at the Kolomna Plant. The complex is designed for comprehensive debugging and certification of power plants, including promising models. It will increase the throughput capacity of the company's testing infrastructure.
The stand will ensure the fulfillment of both current and future engine supply contracts. Its commissioning was carried out as part of a large-scale modernization of production, supported by funds from the Industrial Development Fund (IDF).
The Kolomna Plant (part of «TMH-Energetic Solutions») produces medium-speed engines for railway transport, shipbuilding, small and nuclear power, as well as mining equipment. The range includes diesel and multi-fuel engines capable of running on liquefied natural gas, crude oil and associated petroleum gas. The development of new models is carried out by the TMH Engine Building Engineering Center.
