The Arsenal semiconductor device plant has filed a lawsuit against Kronshtadt, the manufacturer of military drones. The amount of the claim is 200.97 million rubles.
The claim was accepted for proceedings in the Moscow Arbitration Court on December 1, 2025, the first hearing will take place in February 2026.
The reason for the recovery is not specified in the court materials. Presumably, it is related to the supply of components for drones.
As a reminder, Kronshtadt is one of the flagships of the unmanned aviation market in the Russian Federation, producing Orion and Inokhodets reconnaissance drones. Arsenal is engaged in the development and serial production of semiconductor and electrotechnical components.
Kronshtadt often becomes a defendant in lawsuits. In August, it became known that since the beginning of the year, the company had been claimed for 1.8 billion rubles in 81 cases.
