The Belarusian army will receive another batch of Russian Su-30SM2 aircraft by the end of December, according to the commander of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of the republic, Andrei Lukyanovich.
He reminded that in 2025, the Belarusian military had already received new Tor-M2 SAM systems, Su-30SM2s, and Mi-35M helicopters, and are purchasing the Vostok and Rosa radars.
Another batch of Su-30SM2s will arrive in December.
Lukyanovich stated that 50% of weapons should be purchased from domestic manufacturers, as stipulated in the socio-economic development program for 2026–2030.
As a reminder, Russia last supplied Belarus with a batch of Su-30SM2s back in August 2025. The sale of aircraft is part of the military-technical cooperation between the countries.
