Three Stations of Filyovskaya Metro Line to Be Built in Skolkovo

A total of five stations are planned to be built, three of which will be located on the territory of the innovation center

The Filyovskaya metro line in Moscow will be extended to the Skolkovo innovation center, according to the city's mayor, Sergei Sobyanin.

The project plans to build five new stations: two within the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) and three directly on the territory of the innovation center. Once completed, the entire Filyovskaya line will consist of 18 stations. The journey time from Skolkovo to the center of Moscow will be approximately 35–40 minutes.

Sobyanin noted that the extension of the "blue line" will significantly improve the transport accessibility of the capital's largest scientific and technological cluster. Thanks to the new stations, it will be possible to comfortably reach business and educational venues here without the risk of traffic jams.

The capital's mayor emphasized that the future stations will become reference points for the development of the territory. Business and public zones will be formed around them, which will create conditions for the growth of Moscow's innovative economy.

The extension of the Filyovskaya line will be one of the key stages in the development of the Moscow Metro until 2032 and will strengthen Skolkovo's status as a full-fledged urban area with a modern transport framework.
