In 2025, five key enterprises of the TMH Group — Bryansk, Demikhovsky, Tver, and Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plants, as well as the Kolomna Plant — successfully passed certification in the field of non-destructive testing (NDT). Special attention was paid to equipment modernization: modern automated magnetic particle flaw detectors of the "YerMag" brand were purchased for the Tver and Novocherkassk plants.
The new installations will improve the accuracy and speed of inspection of critical components, including parts for promising hydrogen rolling stock.
At the Kolomna Plant, Demikhovsky, Tver, and Novocherkassk enterprises, updated technological instructions for non-destructive testing have been developed and implemented. The list of controlled components has been expanded — it now includes elements of an innovative hydrogen fuel cell train, which is being developed as part of the "green" technology strategy in the railway industry.
Following the audit, all five laboratories received official certificates of accreditation, confirming their competence and readiness to ensure the high quality control of manufactured products.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the company "Power Machines" produced 77 turbines and invested 25 billion rubles in gas power engineering.
