The "Moskvich" plant has started production of a new line of M70 and M90 crossovers. This was reported in the press service of the automaker.
We are opening a new chapter in the history of the "Moskvich" brand and launching the M line into production.
The "Moskvich M70" crossover will be available with 1.5 and 2.0 liter engines, and the more powerful "M90" is equipped with a 2.0-liter engine. Both cars are equipped with a 9-speed automatic transmission. The M90 model has all-wheel drive, while the M70 version has front-wheel drive, with plans to release an all-wheel drive car in the future.
The crossovers have passed certification and testing. Details about the technical characteristics, configurations and the start of sales will be announced later.
The brand's portfolio will include the "Moskvich 3" crossovers in various versions, the electric "Moskvich 3e", the "Moskvich 6" sedan and the seven-seater "Moskvich 8" crossover.
