The high-speed hydrofoil vessel (HFC) "General Panfilov" (project 23180 "Valdai 45R"), which was built at the production facilities of the Central Design Bureau for SEC named after Alekseev, was transferred to the customer in the Saratov region.
Testing and commissioning works on the vessel lasted more than a month. After acceptance, the "General Panfilov" will be sent to winter storage in the city of Balakovo. When the navigation season begins, it will go on the route along the Volga.
As a reminder, the vessel was launched in October 2025. This is the third HFC project 23180 "Valdai 45R" for the region. "Yuri Gagarin" and "Pyotr Stolypin" also cruise in the Saratov region. This year they transported almost 30 thousand passengers.
