Rostec has developed and is already mass-producing a new loitering munition. It is capable of hitting HIMARS and any howitzers with a 100% probability of destruction, according to the head of the state corporation, Sergey Chemezov.
According to him, the development of the munition was completed at the end of 2024 and is successfully used in combat operations. Its range is tens of kilometers, and the warhead weighs several kilograms.
The munition is guaranteed to hit all NATO howitzers, counter-battery radars, HIMARS, any armored vehicles, command posts, and so on. One such device is almost a 100% guarantee of hitting a military target of the enemy.
Chemezov added that Rostec continues to work on creating strike versions based on existing reconnaissance drones.
