A new electronic warfare (EW) module for drones has been developed in Russia. The innovative device is capable of ensuring flight up to 7 km in conditions of strong interference.
A series of prototypes are in the production stage, which will be tested and transferred to the military for operation in combat conditions.
The drone has its own built-in EW equipment, which can provide a flight range of up to 7 km in harsh interference conditions. We conducted the first successful tests.
The module will enhance the effectiveness of the use of drones and increase their survivability when countering modern EW systems.
The design bureau is based in Nizhny Novgorod and also produces the Turist unmanned aerial vehicle. The drone has been tested and is supplied to the military in series.
