Rostec Group presented the new Arbalet-AM airborne radar complex at Dubai Airshow 2025. The device is designed for helicopters, airplanes, and drone control. This was reported by the state corporation's press service.
The complex is equipped with a radar station with an active phased array antenna (APAA). The device demonstrates increased operational stealth while maintaining target detection range. Arbalet-AM is capable of performing tasks in complex jamming environments.
Compared to analogues, the corporation's development includes a function for data exchange with unmanned aerial vehicles and their control using a narrow-beam APAA.
The complex has improved the reliability of recognizing air, ground, and sea targets through the use of artificial intelligence elements. Arbalet-AM also reduces the crew's decision-making time.
