Rostec Group of Companies presented the new Arbalet-AM airborne radar complex at the Dubai Airshow 2025 exhibition. The device is designed for helicopters, airplanes and drone control. This was reported by the press service of the state corporation.
The complex is equipped with a radar station with an active phased antenna array (APAA). The device demonstrates increased stealth of operation while maintaining the range of target detection. "Arbalet-AM" is capable of performing tasks in a complex jamming environment.
Compared to analogues, the concern's development includes the function of data exchange with unmanned aerial vehicles and their control using a narrow-beam APAA.
The complex has increased the reliability of recognition of air, ground and sea targets through the use of artificial intelligence elements. "Arbalet-AM" also reduces the crew's decision-making time.
