AvtoVAZ continues to develop several promising projects, among which Lada RGD stands out. This is an updated station wagon, created based on the Lada Granta, which they want to make more spacious compared to the Lada Granta Cross. According to insiders, this project is moving forward.
In six months, the plant should have complete prototypes of the new station wagon ready. If they successfully pass road tests, the probability of the car entering the market will be 99%.
According to an insider, the basic version of the Lada RGD will have simple equipment, the same as the Lada Granta in the Standard plus configuration. It will not have air conditioning or a radio, as well as rear headrests and a luggage compartment cover.
Creating the cheapest huge station wagon possible with an entry price of about 1 million rubles is a definite success. Simply put, VAZ-2104 ver.2.
