The Yaroslavl Motor Plant "Avtodizel" (YaMZ) celebrated the production of the 250,000th unit of the YaMZ-530 family diesel engine. The anniversary engine is a symbol of many years of work, engineering thought, and dedication to the cause of the Avtodizel PJSC (YaMZ) team.

YaMZ-530 is a series of modern diesel engines that meet the Euro-4 and Euro-5 environmental standards. They are widely used in various industries, including automotive, agricultural, bus, and industrial equipment.
Technical characteristics of the engine:
- working volume — 4.43 l (for 4-cylinder models) or 6.65 l (for 6-cylinder models);
- cylinder diameter — 105 mm;
- piston stroke — 128 mm;
- compression ratio — 17.0–17.5;
- injection system — Common Rail Bosch;
- turbocharging — yes, with intercooler;
- cooling — liquid;
- weight — 530–650 kg.
