The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Anton Alikhanov, announced that it is planned to allocate about 1 billion rubles over the next three years for subsidies for enterprises purchasing domestic software. This measure is aimed at supporting digitalization and labor productivity in the country.
Alikhanov emphasized that the funding will cover up to 50% of companies' costs in subsidized areas of expenditure, and the maximum subsidy amount reaches 300 million rubles.
The planned amount of funding is set at 1 billion rubles annually. The form of provision is advance payment. The project implementation period is no more than three years.
The Minister also noted that if the measure is in demand, funding may be increased in 2027 and 2028. Priority projects are those that contribute to the introduction of software aimed at increasing the level of digital maturity and labor productivity.
