In the manufacturing industries of Russian industry, equipment wear has reached 60%. This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Anton Alikhanov, during a government hour in the State Duma.
According to him, in this regard, the national project "Means of Production and Automation" is of key importance for industry.
First of all, it is necessary to update fixed assets, as is done in the defense industry complex (DIC).
Alikhanov specified that Russia is already working on critical positions from machine tools — five-axis machining centers, grinding and gear-cutting machines, as well as a number of other important components.
Also, more than half of Russian industrial enterprises face difficulties in the transition to domestic software. Among the key barriers are the high cost of Russian solutions, lack of funding for the transition, and incompatibility with current systems.
