Hangs in the air for 24 hours and carries electronic warfare systems: the Zephyr-M multi-purpose system was developed in Russia

Platform payload capacity - from 10 to 30 kg

Russian developers, with the support of the Kulibin Club of the People's Front, have created the Zephyr-M unmanned aerial vehicle, which can act as a communication repeater. This allows increasing the range of attacking drones and electronic warfare (EW) equipment. This was reported in the People's Front.

"Zephyr-M" is a multi-purpose platform that has a carrying capacity of 10 to 30 kg. This is a platform that hovers in the air for up to 24 hours and can carry repeaters, lighting systems, and electronic warfare systems.

The "Zephyr-M" system consists of the drone itself and a ground station for controlling the UAV. It provides power and communication via radio channel and fiber optics.

It uses an intelligent tension control system, which ensures operation in rather difficult conditions, and the drone itself, which can also be different. We use a platform with a lifting capacity of 4 to 10 kg, but a system from 10 to 30 kg can also be used. Hovering takes up to 24 hours, then a technological break. It can be longer, but the resources of the engines and the rest must be taken into account.

The developers also presented the Atlas-M tracked robotic complex, which can carry from 100 to 200 kg or up to 500 kg behind it. This system can perform autonomous logistics tasks and also act as a ground station for the Zephyr-M drone. As a result of such collaboration, communication can be relayed over a distance of up to 50 km, which significantly expands the field for UAV operators.

"Zephyr-M" is also planned to be used for rescue operations and ensuring the safety of critical infrastructure.

Earlierwww1.ru reported that the revolutionary Klyuch drone wasdeveloped in Russia.
