Tula NPO Strela has filed a lawsuit against JSC "Scientific and Production Corporation "Saratov Aggregate Plant" (part of the High-Precision Complexes holding of Rostec). The hearing will begin on September 23 in the Arbitration Court of the Saratov Region.
"Strela" wants to recover from the aggregate plant the debt for the delivered products in the amount of 268.69 million rubles and a penalty for late payment of 22.89 million rubles.
"Saratov Aggregate Plant" specializes in the production of high-precision complexes, including ATGMs, artillery systems and special devices.
The state order includes modernization and overhaul of previously manufactured products, serial production of new high-performance products and special products for military and civilian purposes.
The plant is known for one of the best ATGMs in the world - "Khrizantema-S". The company also participated in the development of the Gibka-S air defense system, capable of hitting low-flying targets, including drones.
