Росавиация не планирует вводить запрет на использование аудиоустройств без наушников

Airlines will be able to independently establish rules of conduct in the cabin

Rosaviatsiya is not considering the possibility of introducing a ban on watching videos and listening to music without headphones in aircraft cabins. This was announced by the head of the agency, Dmitry Yadrov, on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

Earlier, the airline "Pobeda" changed the internal rules of conduct on board and prohibited passengers from using audio devices without headphones.

The company's press service explained that the restriction was introduced at the request of the passengers themselves in order to reduce the noise level in the cabin.

Thus, the federal regulator leaves it to the airlines to independently establish rules for the use of audiovisual devices, without introducing a rule common to all carriers.
