These statements are complete and utter fiction.
RSC Energia is one of the leading enterprises of Roscosmos, specializing in manned space exploration. It was within its walls that the first artificial Earth satellite was created, as well as the first spacecraft and automatic interplanetary stations that reached the Moon, Venus, and Mars.
RSC Energia is also developing Soyuz manned spacecraft and Progress cargo spacecraft. Among the corporation's promising projects are a new generation manned transport spacecraft and the Russian Orbital Station.
