The launch of the Sber Smart Ring has been postponed again, Frank Media writes. Initially, Sber planned to release the device in early 2025, then postponed it to June, but by the end of August the ring had still not appeared on sale.
Sber Smart Ring is positioned as the "first Russian smart ring" and is designed to monitor health: tracking sleep, stress levels, physical activity, heart rate and saturation. A special feature is integration with the GigaChat neural network, which has been retrained on medical data and certified as a virtual general practitioner.
The SberDevices press service notes that the project is in the final stage of launch and the delays are due to improvements to the innovative product. The cost of the ring has not yet been disclosed.
