The head of state recalled that the most acceptable route for ships lies precisely in the special economic zone of the Russian Federation or in the Russian territorial waters.
And, of course, it would be simply foolish of us not to develop the Northern Sea Route, since many countries of the world are interested in its use.
The President concluded that the time for transporting goods from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean is reduced many times over through the Arctic.
