The editor-in-chief of the industry portal Avia.ru, aviation expert Roman Gusarov, stated that he negatively perceives the audit of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) and the creation of a new management system by Sberbank.
Sberbank was instructed to analyze the state of affairs in the Russian aviation industry and, together with UAC, presenta new management and financing model.
According to him, nothing good will come of the audit idea. And not because Sber has bad specialists, but simply because they do not know the specifics of the domestic aviation industry.
In my opinion, the plane is on takeoff, the aviation industry has only just become more or less understandable, transparent, and we can once again shoot it down.
Gusarov stated that he would involve Sber only at the stage of aircraft delivery. In his opinion, the organization's participation in the production structure may have a negative effect.
Now, completely changing the structure of the corporation is completely out of place, even if the bankers' proposal is correct in some way. This is exactly the case when you don't change horses midstream.
