Ключевое предприятие по производству цемента вынуждено перейти на четырёхдневную рабочую неделю из-за импорта

From October, CEMROS is temporarily reducing working days due to a decrease in demand for cement and an increase in imported products

From October 1, 2025, employees of CEMROS and its plants will switch to a four-day work week. This is a temporary measure related to the drop in demand for cement and the increase in the share of imported products.

The decision is aimed at preserving jobs and the company's stability. Social guarantees will remain unchanged. If the situation in the construction industry improves, the work schedule will return to its previous format.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the largest truck manufacturer, KAMAZ, will introduce a four-day work week in departments with incomplete workloads from August 1, 2025. The reason is a 60% drop in sales in the first half of the year and an excess of imported equipment on the market. According to the company, more than 30,000 trucks have accumulated in warehouses, and leasing companies have received back over 10,000 units of equipment. The Central Bank's tight credit policy has complicated the purchase of new vehicles.
