The Russian Ministry of Defense has filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court against Tula-based "NPO Splav" named after A.N. Ganichev to recover more than 81 million rubles. This information is available in the court records.
The origin of this huge debt is currently unknown. The application was submitted to the court on July 11. Apparently, like previous court cases, the process between the parties will be held behind closed doors.
The Tula enterprise "Splav" was founded in 1945. The company is a leading global manufacturer of multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) Tornado-S, Grad, Smerch, and Uragan. The company's products are in service with more than 50 countries.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the rate of delivery of Su-57 fighters to the Russian Aerospace Forces has increased.
