From July 28 to August 3, 2025, 29,247 new passenger cars were sold in Russia. This is a new record for the current year, according to the "Autostat" agency. The previous record was set in the 27th week, when sales amounted to 28,823 cars.
LADA remains in first place in terms of sales, accounting for 22.3% of the total volume of new passenger cars. Haval (12%), Chery (10%), Geely (7.1%), Changan (6.8%), Belgee (5.6%) and Jetour (3.8%) are also among the leaders. More than 2% of the market is also occupied by Solaris, Toyota, Omoda and Gac models.
According to the results of the past week, the Haval Jolion crossover (produced in a full cycle near Tula) became the best-selling car (1,523 cars were sold), followed by the LADA Granta sedan (1,437 cars) and the Belgee X50 crossover (1,003 cars). Sales of other models did not exceed 1,000 units.
