In July, 98 electric vehicles of the "AmberAuto" brand were sold in Russia. This is three times more than the sales volume of such cars in the first half of the year. The press service of the domestic brand reported a significant increase in interest in their products.
Currently, the "AmberAuto" model range includes the A5 model. Its dimensions are 4675 mm in length, 1835 mm in width, and 1480 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2750 mm. The range on a full charge is 520 km.
The cars are produced at the "Avtotor" plant in Kaliningrad since the end of 2023. The first batch of electric vehicles was sold exclusively in the Kaliningrad region to gain local operating experience and feedback from buyers. In June 2024, the first "AmberAuto" electric car was sold outside the region.
According to data from the "Autostat" agency, only 32 new electric vehicles of the "AmberAuto" brand were sold in Russia in the first half of 2025. The company has set an ambitious goal to sell 1,000 electric vehicles this year. It is planned to expand the dealer network to 10 centers in the largest cities of Russia, which should increase the availability and popularity of electric vehicles among consumers.
