The Lada Vesta in "Tabasco" color has raised questions among car enthusiasts: no sparkles were found on the body with the declared "metallic" effect, despite a visual inspection with a flashlight and magnifying glass. This was reported by an insider of the Avtograd public, who studied the Izhevsk-assembled car.
At the same time, there is an additional charge for this color - 20 thousand rubles. According to the expert, the coating is more like ordinary acrylic paint, and not metallic.
He called the different enamel manufacturer a possible reason, but noted that the official explanation may be limited to a "beautiful press release."
