On July 22, Ozyornaya Verf LLC handed over the patrol boat of the "Oreshek" project 15 MJ – 09 to the government of the Leningrad Region. The solemn ceremony of launching the vessel took place in Shlisselburg. The boat will become an important tool in ensuring safety on the waterways of the region.
The event was also attended by the head of the administration of the Kirov municipal district, Sergey Yelchaninov, the general director of Ozyornaya Verf LLC, Konstantin Buryanov, and the head of the administration of the MO City of Shlisselburg, Alexander Maslakov.
The length of the vessel is 15 meters, and the width is 4 meters. The maximum speed is up to 48 knots. The boat is designed for search and rescue operations, but can also be used for other purposes.
The vessel is equipped with equipment for underwater work (diving equipment, underwater robots, echo sounders, radio navigation systems and fire extinguishing equipment). The vessel is equipped with fire pumps, which allows it to participate in extinguishing fires on the water.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that RPK-640, PK-500 and "Kasatka-2M.850" boats were supplied to Russian state structures.
