Проезд на «электричке» подорожает в Москве: бесплатная зарядка электромобилей отменяется с 23 июля

The free charging program at "Energy of Moscow" stations has ended, you will have to pay from 15 to 20 rubles per 1 kWh

The Moscow Department of Transportation has announced the end of the free electric vehicle charging campaign at "Energy of Moscow" stations on July 23, 2025. The city's car charging stations have been operating for free for almost 5 years and have carried out more than a million charging sessions.

Now, in order to charge an electric vehicle, you will have to pay 20 rubles/kWh for DC stations and 15 rubles/kWh for AC stations.

Authorities report that the introduction of charging fees will help to improve infrastructure faster and reduce the load on existing stations.

Other benefits, such as free parking within the city and no transport tax, remain unchanged.
