In July, the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) received a new batch of the latest Su-34M fighter-bombers. The previous batch of aircraft was delivered in mid-April, while in 2024 it was reported that batches were shipped on April 5, June 17, September 2, October 9, November 25, and December 23.
The "Tekhnosfera Rossiya" publication suggested that the aircraft plant in Novosibirsk can produce up to 20 combat aircraft per year.
The number of bombers in each batch may vary, but in total it is up to 20 aircraft per year.
At the same time, Western sources claim that the production capacity of the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant for the Su-34 allows the production of up to 30 aircraft per year. Official information on production volumes is not published.
Earlier www1.ru reported that MiG-31 fighters used hypersonic "Kinzhal" missiles for the second time in three days.
