Police officers in Anadyr tested the capabilities of the modernized ZALA T-16 drone as part of command and staff exercises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chukotka Autonomous Region. This was reported by the press service of the drone developer, ZALA Aero.
High-quality video from the onboard cameras of the ZALA T-16 was transmitted online via departmental communication channels to the central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow.
ZALA T-16s were delivered to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Chukotka at the end of 2024. The fixed-wing drone is designed for aerial reconnaissance of hard-to-reach areas. Law enforcement officers use it to monitor the situation in the region and search for missing persons.
