The "High-Precision Systems" holding (part of Rostec) has completed field tests of the new "Kornet-EM" anti-tank missile system with a remote launcher and remote control.
The launcher has passed all types of tests, confirming the declared characteristics. Up to three launchers at a distance of up to 100 m can be connected to the remote control for the "Kornet-EM" ATGM. With the help of the remote control, it is possible to organize anti-tank defense.
Three launchers are camouflaged, the operator is absolutely inaccessible in cover. With the help of several remote controls, it is possible to organize a circular defense.
At the same time, the remote control for the "Kornet" itself suggests to the operator what targets are being observed based on the image. It can distinguish between tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, and wheeled vehicles.
In addition, the complex, equipped with a remote control, can automatically find targets and capture them. The operator only has to switch to combat mode and press the "launch" button.
