In the Moscow district of St. Petersburg, construction of an industrial park will begin by 2026, which will become home to the research and production center of JSC "Zaslon". The company, specializing in the development of radio-electronic equipment for aviation, marine and land systems, plans to create a modern platform for testing and production.
The General Director of "Zaslon", Alexander Gorbunov, said that the project will require about 12.5 billion rubles of investment.
We expect to receive permission this year to buy out part of the territory on Staroobryadcheskaya Street and complete the development of the territory planning project. We expect to complete all land issues in the city in 2026.
This is not the only major project in the region: earlier, the Chinese group "Hua-Zhen" announced the construction of the "Druzhba" industrial park in the Leningrad region with investments of 8.7 billion rubles.
